A Guide to the Court Record
This record is the backbone of my account of alleged wrongdoing in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. It is a large, still largely unorganized archive. Over time I plan to turn parts of it into shorter, documented stories that readers can understand and check one at a time.

Public statements and the No Kings connection
My October 15, 2025 City Council speech described my concerns about judges acting as kings and my plan to attend the October 18 protest with a “Christ is King” flag. I subsequently attended, wore “Christ is King” messages, carried a flag, and walked throughout the event. In my recollection, no one became upset with me.

The state court case in preparation
I am preparing a civil lawsuit for filing in a Texas state court and intend to demand a jury trial. The petition has not yet been filed. Read the two-page cover draft dated September 19, 2026; its contents are subject to change.
