Why I am asking
for your support
I allege that attorneys used the bankruptcy process to conduct an unlawful debt-collection and barratry scheme, aided and enabled by people within the federal court system. I contend that this conduct depleted my resources and obstructed my ability to pursue accountability after bankruptcy. My financial declaration filed in Supreme Court case 25-6192 describes the resulting hardship.
I am asking for help to pursue that accountability, make the documentary record accessible, and share the message of faith and hope behind KIDNAPPED and Truth, Justice & Accountability. Contributions will help support litigation expenses, document preparation, publication, and outreach.
I believe Jesus Christ is tangibly revealing himself as the United States’ hidden King, as I understand Isaiah 33:22 and Deuteronomy 33:5. I also see the warning of Judges 17:6 and 21:25—people doing what is right in their own eyes—in our country today. My faith teaches me that everyone—including those entrusted with public power—is accountable to God, the Supreme Judge. And is subject to the rule of law under a constitutional republic. Scripture also calls us to help carry one another’s burdens. I invite you to examine the record and consider whether you wish to help.
