Truth, Justice & Accountability

Let facts be submitted to a candid world.

I submit my account and the record (including SCOTUS cases 24-6088 and 25-6192) to the court of public opinion. In a country governed by We the People, each of us can examine the evidence, question those in power, and speak about what we find. Read the documents and judge for yourself.

In preparation: I am preparing a civil lawsuit, demanding a jury trial, for filing in a Texas state court. I intend to name three federal judges: one bankruptcy judge and two district court judges who heard bankruptcy appeals. I describe the roles they performed in my case as “Title 11 only bankruptcy administrative system judges.” The petition has not yet been filed. View the two-page cover draft dated September 19, 2026. A court story and a larger question

I believe Christ is King. If that seems like an unexpected beginning to a bankruptcy story, start with the ten-page KIDNAPPED public awareness edition below. It begins with what happened to me, then moves through the record, my reflections on liberty, and the question: What is the cornerstone of American liberty? My faith explains my interpretation; the documents let you examine my allegations for yourself.

Record on appeal

This large source archive is the backbone of my account. It is still largely unorganized. Over time, I plan to turn parts of it into short, documented stories so readers can understand one issue at a time and check the evidence.

The purpose

Faith, evidence, and public accountability

My conviction that Christ is King gives me hope and shapes the questions I ask about liberty and accountability. My allegations about people and institutions must be tested against the record and applicable law.

A phone and an internet connection now give ordinary people the means to record, publish, and challenge accounts of public events. This site brings together my testimony, source documents, and public statements so readers can test what I say against the record and add their own voices to the conversation.

A call to humility and prayer

This land needs healing.

“At times I might shut up the heavens so that no rain falls, or command grasshoppers to devour your crops, or send plagues among you. Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.”

2 Chronicles 7:13–14 · NLT

America is deeply divided. I believe politics alone cannot solve our nation’s deepest problems. Only Jesus Christ can bring the healing we need.

This passage calls God’s people to begin with ourselves: to humble ourselves, pray, seek his face, and turn from our wicked ways.
